Abstract
Teacher has a strategic role in education. High students’ achievement has a close relation to the quality, commitment, and professionalism of the teacher. Since one of the characteristics of being professional teacher is using ICT in teaching learning process, the effective way of teacher empowerment is using e-learning. This paper describes what are e-learning model teacher and its contribution to teacher empowerment.
